Uh... Judging by the fact they got 200k of something (likes? shares? subsovereign government bonds?), my turn to use the code will come in late 2018.

Just keep refreshing the page and trying, one time it'll work. I was able to get it after 4-5 tries.
Apparently people are trying to get it ASAP, which is making the servers suffer.
If you're impatient and don't want to refresh the redeem page, simply try after a few hours, like in 3 hours.
It should be fine, by then.
