I can start by saying that while I love Titan Quest and Wolves of Midgard, they aren't really RPGS, more ARPGS or "Diablo Clones".

I just started Dragon Age and TBH I'm a little intimidated. I mean, it has EVERYTHING! XD I keep getting lost in the castle because it's not like a typical RPG castle where you can only actually enter certain places, I mean you can go anywhere and everywhere.

Surely if it has RPG in ARPG, it is still an RPG?

I'd recommend Dragon Age, it is reasonably simple but is very enjoyable with good lore etc.

Icewind Dale is Diablo in the Infinity Engine; Bard's Tale is a dungeon crawler/blobber; Amalur is a top-down hack'n'slash. Bright side is that means you can recommend games that are loosely RPGs and OP probably won't mind.

Speaking of which, I'd like to recommend OP considers Fallout 1&2, or Fallout New Vegas if they can't handle the really dated graphics and interface from the original Fallouts. Also recommend Deus Ex (the original), Arcanum, and - though calling it an RPG is really, really a huge stretch - ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West.

Good games, all, and if you haven't tried them they'll give you story, atmosphere, and many good hours of stat-crunchy fun.
Depends what you want. If you want something out of the mainstream, with challenging turn-based combat and lots of choices and consequences, Age of Decadence is pretty great.
Personally I'm a great fan of Albion (1995) which has a unique story and setting, but it might be too dated for you, also a bit limited in how you can develop your characters.
Fallout 1 (less so the 2nd which I didn't like) and Vampire the masquerade: Bloodlines are also classics which still offer a lot.
Can't really think of something with a more traditional fantasy setting, I think you've got most of the major titles.
any Elder Scrolls game?

I also liked Venetica - http://store.steampowered.com/app/338140/Venetica__Gold_Edition/

and Sudeki

and Jade Empire

and Two Worlds II

and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic I and II

and Costume Quest 1 and 2

I only played a small part of it before losing interest, but it seemed appallingly dumbed down, akin to a MMORPG. I know it has a lot of fans, but it's a somewhat divisive title.
If you want to play an action RPG with lots of exploring, Gothic 1&2 plus the first Risen are also pretty fun.

OneFiercePuppy: Bard's Tale is a dungeon crawler/blobber
Note that this only applies to the original trilogy, not the 2004 game (though you can play the original trilogy from within the game).

If you like games like those, check out Elminage Gothic, which is another dungeon crawler/blobber, albeit a much bigger one.
I see you are lacking any of the Geneforge games. Try them. Good story and gameplay, not so good visuals. Since the specs of your machine aren't good, these games may be a good choice for you.

Don't forget that, like with all other Spiderweb Software games, demos of the Geneforge games exist, so you can try the games without having to pay. (Of course, you might encounter a shareware/demo demon at some point, and you won't be able to get past that on the demo version, but there are no other restrictions, and your save files should work with the full versions of the games.)

You are talking about dragon age inquisition I presume? That is dreadfully mmo like. Gave up after about 10 hours. Dragon age 2 is rubbish, same set over and over, even that characters are reused (alaistair is the first guy you bump into, but has a different name, same model). Dragon age origins however is very different, good story, lots of characters, tactical play, good strong rpg. I fact everything lacking in da2 and inquisition.
I would also second da: origins.

I wouldn't go for kingdoms of amular. It's is good to start with but also very mmo like, gets dull very quickly.
Ice wind dale, have completed the first, but not the second, gets very repetitive.

Jade empire as suggested, it is different.

The bards tale, assuming you mean the more recent one, is not an rpg, not even an arpg. It's just an action game.

Temple of elemental evil is pretty hardcore.

Try the goldbox titles if you want real hardcore.

And it is easily the best looking one on the list. Beautiful beautiful game.
Dungeon Siege(only STEAM) excellent action RPG!

Or Elminage Gothic, for that matter. Sure, the combat in that game may be easy at the start, but it won't stay that way for long. (The second dungeon has an enemy that can instantly kill, and in the final post-game dungeon (20 floors!) having triple digit levels won't be enough to save you.)

If you find Dragon Age intimidating stay away from Divinity: Original Sin. In that game everything really means everything. Including talking to every animal you encounter. Dragon Age's "everything" is like a broom closet in comparison.

Anyway, as for my recommendations:

I don't see The Witcher on the OP's list. Unless it's an oversight, that's probably the first thing I'd recommend, followed by Wasteland 2. If you're in the mood for something old school however, it does not get better than Lands of Lore.
