I know one person who did and he's already filed a support ticket. There was some sticker shock in the RU forum about the prices but people weren't generally complaining about it.

Yes. I understood.

It does seem likely to be a bug, but I've been surprised before by GOG's creative pricing schemes, so we'll have to wait a few days to see if GOG changes it.
