Phc7006: No. Price converge towards core EU standards. Standards of living converge towards preipheral EU standards. Work more to earn less, and your money loosing purchasing power. Except if you're part of the "select" club
I knew it! I completely misunderstood convergence.

blotunga: I more and more have the feeling that convergence meant only prices. Because prices more than doubled but incomes have stayed about the same since 2007 when Romania joined the EU.
The income stayed the same if converted in USD (it increased only by about 8%).But in lei and euros it`s like that:

2007: averge net income 1042 lei or 312 euro, 1 euro=3,3373 lei.

July 2015: averge net income 1849 lei or 418 euro, 1 euro=4,4259 lei.

Income in euro increased by 34%. I say it`s quite good, taking in account we faced a serious financial crisis meanwhile.

Currently for us in AU Hard West is listed as 18.39AUD for standard and 23.19AUD collectors (this is all including the 20% pre order discount). Magog would seem to indicate its better for AU buyers to wait til game has launched??

The prices reported in this thread are always the full (discountless) prices in USD. The current (-20%) AU prices are 12.79 USD and 16.19 USD.

Yes, began about 36 hours ago.
Not a rare thing at all. Happens several times a month, I'd say.
It's hardly stealth, though. That's what the second row of five game boxes on the home page is for.
People need to get accustomed to looking at this row, too, not only at the news items.
I am not reporting sales in this thread, at least not those that are clearly displayed on the home page, just full prices.
