Yeah, the "regular" discounts dropped in value when they spiked in number. Figures, I guess. We used to have a weekend sale of a few games and a single game as midweek "gem" (which I think was every other week actually?), which in fact started at 50-60% and then spiked to 70-80% for a while, now we have a whole bunch of games during weekdays and another whole bunch over the weekends, so they're spreading it out somewhat. Let's see what the big sales will bring though.

And yeah, Telltale games are overpriced normally, so when they have sales they appear big, but in fact only bring them more on par with regular sale prices of other games, or not even that.
A bit late, as I have been on the road the past 26 hours.

So another one added to RO and RS. Seems like publishers starting to remember these regions, and not in a good way, seeing as we're getting the wealthy EU treatment...

Convergence was one of the objectives of the EU enlargement ....

Can't even use that "excuse" for the RS region...

That one is probably because it is well known that the College of Cardinals is, broadly speaking, a great fan of open-world space adventures.

Cavalary: When will it get to the point when you'll need to at least do this the other way around? (May even be better than the "standard regions + exceptions" idea I had before.) I mean, "Regional price for [game] is [regional price] instead of [standard price] in [regions].", which may then be used with individual countries instead of regions to clear up any confusion. And then could maybe make MaGOG allow selection of a country or up to a certain number of countries of interest to display separately and the rest displayed as different prices with the countries they apply to as tooltips.
Did as much as I plan to do for now. See here. Thanks for the suggestion.

I more and more have the feeling that convergence meant only prices. Because prices more than doubled but incomes have stayed about the same since 2007 when Romania joined the EU. It's funny how when Oil was $100+, gasoline was half the price as today when Oil is $40.

Great. And now it's also easy to see how regions "rank" in pricing for a game.
... and damn, that Witcher 3 + expansions pricing, 10 different regional tiers, 11 with the base price. And coming from CDP, that says a lot about policies.

Since the publisher in many regions is Namco Bandai, my guess is that it's rather Namco's fault than CDPR's

No. Price converge towards core EU standards. Standards of living converge towards preipheral EU standards. Work more to earn less, and your money loosing purchasing power. Except if you're part of the "select" club
