mrkgnao: People always remember Arx Fatalis, but TIM is the (only) other game that has not been on sale in years.
I think Arx Fatalis is more memorable because people always seem to ask about it every Insomnia sale, wondering if it has yet been (or will be) one of the games in rotation. It's sad to have to crush all those hopes every time.

Well, Arx Fatalis hasn't seen a discount ever since December 2012-January 2013. The Incredible Machine, on the other hand, hasn't seen a discount ever since December 2013.
Thanks for the new thread, my favorites were looking a bit empty after I kicked the regional priced one out :D

I didn't know that. Thanks.
Other games that haven't received a discount for a long time are Paper Sorcerer for a bit over 10 months (it only had the 20% launch discount) and Shovel Knight for a bit over 9 months.

MaGo72: So what we feared at the introduction of regional pricing and what was denied by GOG has happened. The Community being on the fence, saying:"GOG, we do not want all the games to be regionally priced, stay to your stated principles.". The answer: " Do not fear, it is only to get triple A titles and get the new big games to GOG. All the other games will be flat priced."

A sad day.
Have you posted this in the announcement thread? If not, you should. If you have, please point me to your post, so that I can give you some +1s.

Snapshot seems to me one of the games that is languishing on the recent discount. I don't think it gets the most-of-the-site 50% deals in the big sales either.

It was discounted 3 months ago by 50%. I'm not talking about games that receive only a 50% discount (like Gothic 1). I'm talking about no discounts at all. Though, Gothic 1's last discount was also during the summer, making it another title that hasn't been discounted for a while (now a bit over 9 months).

Thanks! Hmm, I missed something 3 months ago...
so far for flat prices ... seems like a relic now, unfortunately
does this mean nordic will be back again on regular catalogue?

Possibly since they weren't bothered by regional pricing on gog. The problem was gog's system of currency conversion.

I'm not sure if GOG is quite willing to reimburse British customers for games like Gothic 2 (which costs about $13 in UK).
So they're increasing prices in Western Europe to recoup losses from the former Soviet Union?

:D

If I'm not mistaken, it's also the case for the Democracy 3 DLCs
