The regional pricing must sure feel like a deathtrap to Canadians...


Looks like Wube Software LTD is not in favour of the usual marketing/pricing gimmicks, while being in favour of regional pricing where they don't seem to escape them.

Hey, they (or many of them) asked for it, so let them have it! :P

I could be wrong, but I don't think that asking for the use of their local currency is the same as asking for higher regional prices.
It's interesting that local currencies were, allegedly, introduced as a means to alleviate transaction fees, yet they all arrive with regional pricing, in many, if not most, cases with a higher one at that.

It's been a bad year for the Canadian dollar... well a bad couple years actually. x.x At one point near the start of the year the CAD was at about $0.68 USD while being $0.94 two years ago, and $1.05 USD before harper's majority government took over, so one has to expect games will look to cost significantly more.

Now that the CAD is making a rather noticeable improvement should see some balancing out of prices hopefully in the future.
