One thing that I actually enjoy in video games is the glitches. Some glitches are actually rather funny, allowing one to do things one wouldn't expect to be possible or fool around in interesting ways. Sometime, there are games that actually take advantage of things that would be considered glitches or exploits in other games. It is this sort of game that I find rather interesting.

Anyway, here are the criteria that the game should satisfy:
1. Game should have glitches that are fun and interesting. Glitches that enhance the gameplay are preferred over those that hinder it, for obvious reasons.
2. Ideally, the game should not be updated any longer. If it is updated, the developer should be glitch-friendly; in other words, the developer should not patch out harmless glitches or fix exploits. (On the other hand, if a glitch does cause real problems (like making certain abilities not work at all, or crashing the game in casual play, then it might be OK if the glitch gets fixed.)
3. It helps if the game has mods that take advantage of the glitches in the base game to create interesting gameplay.

Any game suggestions?
There is a game "Yendorian Tales III", it plays similar to Might and Magic III-V. It has the following funny glitch.

If you take a rest in front of monsters, they will duplicate and ambush you. It works on bosses too - you can duplicate them as well. I have never seen any other game with such a ridiculous glitch.

Also you can render this game unwinnable in numerous ways, though this I don't find funny. E.g., you can leave first island without taking important key and you can't come back. You can waste all your money and you won't be able to pay for story-related keys. You can develop your characters in all the wrong ways and find it out too late when you can't really kill any monster.

I never cease to be amazed in here. :P
This is somewhat minor stuff, but Albion (German rpg from 1995) has some exploits.
- There are items behind the counters of shops that are normally out of reach, but if you move your party towards the counter and time it right, you can reach those items with your cursor and just take them, without any negative repercussions...don't think that was intended.
- There's also another exploit: There's a healer that sometimes gives you a valuable healing potion when you talk to her. You can repeat this dozens of times and sell those potions for a lot of money.
- Another exploit was probably intended...there's a trap in a late-game dungeon that creates a group of dangerous high xp demons...you can repeat the fight unlimited times to level up your party. Not really a glitch though.

It also has some bugs in certain spells...but I haven't yet found a way to exploit them :-)
Good game anyway, recommended.

Morrowind.
Did someone say glitch loving?

;)

babark: Morrowind.
I was going to say good old Daggerfall, wher if you jump in a dungeon (espetially in a stairway), you have a fair chance of passing through the ceiling and then explore said dungeon from the "outside" by walking above it.

Watch this video and you will be even more amazed (it's a speedrun in Pokemon Blue in which the player collects all 151 Pokemon, including the ones exclusive to the other version and the event-exclusive Mew, without trading or going to events):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtZ7CzbxBFM

I note that this run is outdated: more glitches have been found, and some glitches have been banned because the speedrunners don't want the run to just be using the same glitch over and over again.

Incidentally, the 3DS Virtual Console version is banned for this category for a rather silly reason; the VC incorrectly emulates the BCD division instruction, so when you die with invalid characters in your money amount, you end up with the wrong amount of money.

I think what you're looking for is Goat Simulator, though it held my interest for only a short time personally.
Son of a glitch!
SHAUN!
Skate 3 is glitches centered around an engine in the guise of a game.
If you're not opposed to delving into Steam-y waters, maybe Contraption Maker? It's a physics-based puzzle game like The Incredible Machine (supposedly made by the same team) where you can leverage the physics to come up with various strange solutions outside of what's intended. Lots of user-created levels and mod-like stuff, too.

Obligatory wishlist link.
