Leroux: I'd love to buy Child of Light in the daily Steam sale, unfortunately my PayPal account won't be recharged in time. Would anyone be kind enough to buy it for me in exchange for a game of equal worth ($6-8, without regional pricing), on GOG or Steam, in a few days (presumably Wednesday or Thursday)?

One question though, does anyone know how Uplay through Steam works? Could I play the game on Uplay without Steam or will it be dependent on two clients? In the latter case, I'd rather wait for a sale on a Uplay key.
According to this 5 months-old thread, trying to launch a Uplay game purchased from Steam, requires both clients to be running at the same time.
