If they're 16 character gift codes, they should typically not expire. I assume that Dungeon Keeper Gold is from GOG's promo, are the rest also from promos?

It wouldn't hurt to try the procedure described in the link I gave you on one of them to see what happens.

To be fair - it's not quite true. Some bundles cost 5+ usd. And if we apply your logic to GOG, then NWN2 I'm looking for is not worth more than 2 usd, if it was achieved from mutator promo.

What's the procedure? I couldn't find anything in the thing you linked.

As for Dungeon Keeper, I can't remember where I got it.
