Make a thread on this, either here or in the subforum. I had a friend who would get motion sick from playing FPS games, some far worse than others. Turns out some games use a slightly different aspect ratio that plays havoc with a certain subset of people. See if there's a way to adjust that ratio either in the config files or in the Options menu proper - it might not help at all (I've heard of people that just can't play FPS games without getting ill) but who knows maybe it fixes the problem!

*edit* The other setting was "head bob." I don't remember if it was too much head bob or complete lack of head bob. But if you still have problems after adjusting the screen try altering head bob as well

I think it's all of the above for me. From Doom in all its pixelated glory to recent AAA FPS's. But if the Dramamine does work for me, I'll be like this! XD

Turning it off helps me. I can get motion sick under certain circumstances as well. I also can't use modern 3D glasses without getting a headache.
