So you put YOUR opinion above anyone's else. If you prefer it this way, I could reply with F*ck yourself, but I don't do it. ;)
As I stated above, it is your opinion that it is a game breaking bug. As you admitted for the not fully working features of the game (problems with the music), you got a refund, correct?
Your comparison to graphic problems are not relevant. That is not the case here. If you would NEED the music to finish the game, yeap, full refund. Is this the case? Nope.
And as somebody mentioned, I can not verify it, the music comes back.
My opinion of false claims still stands, because this IS black and white.
Nowhere did you pointed out, that you can not complete the game or it disrupts your game play or similar.
Just a few quotes from you:
1.) GOG's refund policy is nothing but a huge lie.
2.) great 30 day money back policy only to lure people in and then not honor it
3.) not even caring enough to find a solution
4.) not honoring a policy that they have spelled
5.) Their service team is the most unprofessional and uncaring team
hmmm.....
Let's have a look at those:
1.) As you stated you got credits, but you still state it is a lie?
2.) see 1. you got credits, so did they honor it?
3.) disputable, we don't know if they are allowed to do anything about (see the problem they had in another 30+-page-thread). Never forget, they are distributors NOT devs!
4.) see 1. you got credits.
5.) disputable, I had good results from them. That is only your, sorry to say, personal opinion, which is not a fact. But you state it as a fact! That makes it a lie!
