作为买过PS4上巫师3普通版加年度版的用户，本来对贵司非常的憧憬，哪怕是跳票多次我也依然在预购了，但是卡顿，闪退，人出现在墙里，敌人透明，莫名黑屏等极度影响游戏体验的现象频发。而你们的客服也不回我的邮件，我现在对贵司的客服和游戏非常失望，我现在强烈要求原支付方式退款！！！我不需要你们的GOG钱包。你们的退款政策上写的明明白白，可以原支付方式退回。
但是GOG的客服机器人，永远只会告诉我退款到GOG钱包，但是我看了GOG平台除了巫师3我不知道还能买什么，难道我要买第三次巫师3？？？
同时，GOG的机器人客服永远不会回我的邮件。
