darthspudius: That's why i believe it is simply done in spite. Just silly.

hedwards: I guess GR did have a rep problem for quite a while, it was a bit of an achievement when he went positive. Then again, he was also using alts at one point to boost his rep, so who knows.

But, considering that it's targeted at certain people, it does seem like there's something personal about it, rather than just somebody clever with a couple scripts.
I'd happily bet it's the same people telling the people complaining to shut up n grow up etc. They seem to be going out their way to wind them up to gets to down rep.

Downrepping the first post makes it appear as if it's been read, even if it hasn't. So, that I get, I was kind of tempted to downrep the first post just because it is so obnoxious, but any other dowrrepping doesn't make much sense.

Ever seen a crowd jeer at a wrestling or boxing match? - I think this is a similar thing.

Ah cmon man - we've both been at the kinda gigs when someone tkes a dislike to yer face, they are gonna try and smash it. This is no different except its otherwise powerless nerds with a keyboard, and anet connection.

Still the same weirdos who hate anyone and anything that doesnt 100% conform to their idiot standards of course. Maye as well call them Godwins fools as they're really only a couple of steps away from... well, you know who! ;D

Emachine9643: HAM, EGG AND CHEESE BREAD BOWLS

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the tops off the bread rolls.
Scoop out the centre.
Line the bread bowl with a layer of ham. Try to use one whole piece if you can because then there is less chance of egg seeping through and being soaked up by the bread.
Crack in an egg.
Top with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parsley (optional).
Put the top back on the roll. Wrap with foil and place in oven to bake for ~10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, unwrap and serve immediately.
Yamyam sounds & looks delicious and seems to be easy to make! :) I'll try out tomorrow evening

I was tempted to downrep that too because it was a bit obnoxious (And I disagreed that rep is important, but that's my opinion.) but didn't. I did however downrep the OP's response to billymaysfan on page 7 because that was just plain spiteful however. It is tempting to downrep if you disagree with the poster but you've got to resist the urge.

Emachine9643: Vegetarian Stew in Bread Bowls

*snip*
Similar to a vege soup I make. Sounds delicious, thanks for the recipe :)

Spicy Cheesy Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients (note - I don't use measurements when cooking)

* Potatoes
* Garlic
* Peanut and olive oil (and butter if you wish)
* Cheddar cheese
* Salt
* Pepper
* Cumin powder
* Coriander powder
* Turmeric powder
* Hot chilli powder

Step 1: Dice potatoes and boil (or parboil, experimentation will determine your preference)
Step 2: Dice garlic and grate cheese (alternative version has whole cloves of garlic)
Step 3: Heat up oils in a frying pan(70/30 or 70/20/10 - peanut/olive/butter)
Step 4: Add potatoes, garlic, and seasoning and cook for X amount of time on a high temperature.
Step 5: Add spices on top of potatoes, lower temperature and put lid on frying pan (this allows the potatoes to absorb the spices better and lowering of temperature as to not burn them)
Step 6: Remove lid, stir, added grated cheese, stirring some through and leaving the majority on top.
Step 7: Eat! It is almost impossible to stuff this meal up. My preference is for the spices and cheese to create a crispy layer on the bottom of the pan.

I'm surprised your a vegetarian if I'm from down under I would be eating anything that crawled or moved just to see how it tastes, so much variety.

Visiting my mother's cousin's piggery when I was 7 was enough to turn me vego. In a survival situation, I would most likely eat grubs and insects for nutritional supplementation as my native flora identification is meagre, and move up to snakes and lizards if need be. I don't think I could stomach red meat at all after such a lengthy abstinence.

Great clip and a lot of truth still relevant in it today! :D It had to mention the bloody cricket too, which Australia managed to get a world record in last night - the shortest innings in an Ashes test match. Not bad given The Ashes competition between Australia and England has been going for 133 years!

Emachine9643: Vegetarian Stew in Bread Bowls

Ingredients-
3 cups cubed red potatoes (about 4 medium)
2 cups chopped celery (about 4 ribs)
2 medium leeks (white portion only), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1-3/4 cups coarsely chopped peeled parsnips (about 2 medium)
1-1/2 cups chopped carrots (about 3 medium)
1 can (28 ounces) Italian crushed tomatoes
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) vegetable broth
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water
8 large sourdough rolls

Directions-
In a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into stew. Cook, covered, on high 30 minutes or until thickened.

Cut a thin slice off the top of each roll. Hollow out rolls, leaving 1/2-in.-thick shells (save removed bread for another use). Serve stew in bread bowls. Yield: 8 servings.
Make my mouth waters......
