It's their company policy. They like it and support it, otherwise they would have fixed it long since. My first complaint, incidentally, was well over a year ago.

Keep in mind that they are also letting thieves steal people's accounts; that could have been fixed in a couple of keystrokes, but they wouldn't do that either.

Well that just might be a mistake. It's just not how the system here works. It's like likes and dislikes - it's not really reputation. If you cannot live with that (or GOG changes it a lot which I don't believe they will) it's probably better for you if you left the general forum.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the tops off the bread rolls.
Scoop out the centre.
Line the bread bowl with a layer of ham. Try to use one whole piece if you can because then there is less chance of egg seeping through and being soaked up by the bread.
Crack in an egg.
Top with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parsley (optional).
Put the top back on the roll. Wrap with foil and place in oven to bake for ~10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, unwrap and serve immediately.

I knew I remembered your avatar. I used to enjoy reading your reviews in the game finished thread, so +1 and thanks for those.

It's sad that a small number of people try to spoil the atmosphere here, but please don't let them drive you away if you enjoy posting here.

Pretty much. I haven't been subjected to mass derepping since that period where I was pointing out how bloody pointless rep is. That was years ago and a mass-derepping usually meant 4 or 5 people took a disliking to you and you lost a similar number of points per day for a few days.

Ah, those were the days.

In practice, I have to wonder about the people that get this kind of de-repping. Even the folks around here that tend to be rather prickish tend not to get derepped that much. I mean even most obvious trolls don't seem to lose too many points as long as they're not doing it every day.

1-1/2 cups chopped carrots (about 3 medium)
1 can (28 ounces) Italian crushed tomatoes
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) vegetable broth
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water
8 large sourdough rolls

Directions-
In a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into stew. Cook, covered, on high 30 minutes or until thickened.

Cut a thin slice off the top of each roll. Hollow out rolls, leaving 1/2-in.-thick shells (save removed bread for another use). Serve stew in bread bowls. Yield: 8 servings.

I guess GR did have a rep problem for quite a while, it was a bit of an achievement when he went positive. Then again, he was also using alts at one point to boost his rep, so who knows.

But, considering that it's targeted at certain people, it does seem like there's something personal about it, rather than just somebody clever with a couple scripts.
