HAM, EGG AND CHEESE BREAD BOWLS

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the tops off the bread rolls.
Scoop out the centre.
Line the bread bowl with a layer of ham. Try to use one whole piece if you can because then there is less chance of egg seeping through and being soaked up by the bread.
Crack in an egg.
Top with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parsley (optional).
Put the top back on the roll. Wrap with foil and place in oven to bake for ~10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, unwrap and serve immediately.

HOW I MAKE LEMONADE

Extract the juice out of 4 lemons. Strain into a 2.5 liter pitcher. (filtering out the seeds + pulp) Dissolve a little under 1 cup of white granulated sugar with some warm water. Add sugary water to the lemon juice in the pitcher. Fill it up the rest of the way with cold water. Mix well, and serve chilled.

I prefer my old housemate's recipe :)

"The latest project: Homemade hard lemonade.

Ingredients:

25 lemons, rind grated off and juiced.

50g fresh ginger

~ 3kg dextrose

water

brewer's yeast

Method:

Grate lemons and ginger in large pot

Add water and dextrose

Half fill 25 liter fermenting bucket

Add the lemon/ginger mix

Top up to 22 liter mark

When 30C or less, add yeast

Seal, allowing air to be released by a valve or airlock

Ferment for 3 - 4 days

Bottle in longnecks, adding about a teaspoon of dextrose or sugar to each bottle.

Leave to carbonate for about a week or two. This should be about 6% alcohol"

Yeah, it always makes me think hard when I listen to Floyd .... Somehow these lyrics always make me think of the futility of anger ... and many other things too.

Well over 400 for me. GOG has ignored my tickets for months. At this point, the trolls are irrelevant. It's GOG that is responsible, and GOG that is doing this. It's their company policy. They like it and support it, otherwise they would have fixed it long since. My first complaint, incidentally, was well over a year ago.

Keep in mind that they are also letting thieves steal people's accounts; that could have been fixed in a couple of keystrokes, but they wouldn't do that either.
