I realize that Linus has mentioned GOG.com before, but today's episode was gloriously GOG heavy!

* Linus is also doing a PC giveaway in this video, so make sure to enter!

Great to see GOG doing more to get their name out there - I think they should do even more, maybe team up with a YTber for a CyberPunk2077 giveaway(s) - although Linus didn't seem to have many positives to say about the games that were played :P Hope to see more of this from GOG

I totally agree. Promoting GOG on YouTube would be a relatively low cost way to reach the unGOGly.
Nice video!
I love this part where they're wondering how to download tons of games and they mention gogrepo :) kudos to the GOGers who invested time on it.

PS. Pssst, GOG, maybe create a shiny new GOG download manager? Please?

They did, it’s called galaxy.

EDITED: Nevermind LOL. When I read the name Linus, I made a false assumption. Sorry about that :)

Engerek01: I believe the topic is about Linux which Galaxy doesn't work on.
I don’t see Linux mentioned. Regardless, the chap asked for a new version of gog downloaded, which will not happen as it is decommissioned and been incorporated into galaxy. If you want to use a new gog downloader, then you use galaxy simple.

Yes, and sorry again for a false assumption on my part. That happens when you write about something you haven't even watched yet. My apologies. I edited my previous message as well.

No worries, I had to re-read. In terms of galaxy on Linux, only gog could answer when that might arrive.

To be fair he reviews tech more than anything than games (beyond benchmarking and all that goodness)
