HOW can I say no to UFO Aftermath for $1.99... or Ultima 8 for $0.90 cents, or all of the Forgotten Realms series for less than an elementary school lunch?

You are killing me! I bring my lunch to work, I've sold off all my video games, and I drive a car that's 15 years old. I'm trying to save up to pay off my mortgage, put money into my daughter's 529, save for retirement, and save so I can pay cash for my next car.

Yet, despite all my frugality, I fall victim to your e-mail campaigns, almost every single day. The worst part is... I'm buying games that I actually ALREADY OWN on CD / DVD.

Is there a help group for GoG addicts?

I would definitely sell the lunch as peanut butter and jelly sanger's is sickening.With the extra money you could then buy more as there is no cure for your problem.Gog addicts? There was a thread a year or two back that was essentially a "buy no more games" support group for resisting impulse purchases and sales. Too lazy to search for the link, however.

This is why I have a policy of only buying games under 20 USD.

My name is ciemnogrodzianin and I've got the same problem.

As I'm interested mostly in classics, there is a lot of games here which cost 1-2$ and pass below my immune system threshold.

However I've found out that transfering funds to GOG Wallet may be a nice gratification in self-development and self-discipline plan. My current solution is based on daily targets and daily reward :) Works like a charm!

I recommend such solution wholeheartedly!
