For the longest time overrated games have been the [INSERT DISEASE HERE] of gaming. They've taken up space on store shelve while more (objectively!!!1) deserving games are shunned.

Well not anymore!

In a recent email to GOG I expressed our concerns about these abhorrent abominations, and in a reply a GOG rep said

"Thanks for the thread Gengar78! It seems as though this is a problem we have unfortunately ignored for a long time.
But starting now, we are finally taking a stance against overrated games. At 11:00 tonight, the following games will be temporarily removed from the GOG store until they gain enough criticism and ridicule to alleviate them of their 'overrated' status:

At least with Gengar we know we can have some fun here so I'm glad it's him that did this. :D

Burning heretics at the stake isn't what I would call fun. But I guess we need to do what needs to be done.

I wrote them again and they stated that they are not really going to remove the games. Instead the game card will stay the same, but when you buy and download the games, you'll get a copy of Freddi Fish 2 instead. That way the games will get enough criticism in no time and the ratings will go down.

I don't. I prefer boiling them in oil.

Not funny... There's no way to overrate Sacrifice, it's just too good .
