Few months ago reply from GoG support came about 2 to 4 hours after made ticket, now for some reason ticket I've made is already been 1 day without reply from support :/

Yesterday there were some login problems with support page, maybe something to do with this?

So, how are support requests done right now, is there much more delay?

if you had issues logging a ticket yesterday, i'd suggest re-entering it today give the service is back online.
