They really need one, I am sure a bunch of people would find it very useful, such as myself.

It would be very expensive to call Poland...
Why am I suddenly imagining all the wonderful meme possibilities one could make from this? Like a pic with the header Meanwhile at Gog.com customer support line, and it shows a bunch of bears and goblins and trolls and such manning the support lines while fighting between themselves........then a split in the panel showing it to be a dream in the minds of Gog staff, with them thinking "Maybe that wouldn't be such a good idea." :)

Unfortunately they're not really that big of an operation - however just in case you didn't know about it, they do have a support message service (http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact) - so you can try that. They also have an e-mail address for users (can't remember what) and are on a chat line (again can't remember). It's probably better to use the support page to get support tickets, but other inquiries can be made on the other two.
Phone support is very expensive to support, let alone hire for.
I'd pay the expenses to call them.

Yes but for Gog to have it they'd have to hire and train people to run it & be able to answer any possible questions anyone calling might have. As well as further costs to run the line(utilities) and possibly more than one person for those calling who don't speak polish or english.
What's wrong with e-mail, exactly?

Does GOG have a email for tech support?

Not impossible, hundreds of thousands of other companies have this down, and the direction GOG is going in I think they should eventually have phone support.

Cool thanks, yeah reason for me wondering if you guys had phone support was because I sent in a multiplayer key request 3 days ago and I didn't get any form of confirmation that the message sent and was wondering when you guys would get back to me.
