It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Kitbuilder: you guys are very difficult to get answers from. i purchased several games from you and your downloader simply does NOT work. it just sits there. i have sent several e-mails and virtually all have gone unanswered. i would prefer to have the games rather than getting my money back, which is still an option. it has been several weeks since i made the purchase. please resolve this issue. thank you
I maybe should let a Blue answer this but, just in case:
-You know the downloader doesn't magically download your games, right? You have to click your games' installers in your library.
-You know you don't HAVE to use GoG's downloader, right? You can just download them using your browser like any other file, or your choice download manager (again: library->game->installer link).

TheEnigmaticT: I'll post here as well in case someone else comes across this thread: since GOG lives and works in Poland, we're on a very different time zone than you are. Your PM to me (and the message to which I'm replying) posted at around 10.30 PM local time; none of us here work that late unless something has gone horribly awry and the server gnomes are in full revolt.

Well, I do sometimes, but that's mostly because I'm an Internet junkie.
I can deal with ANY time difference. A telephone number would be a BIG help.
I do not have the phone number of GOG I wanted to call these people up on questions about Interstate 76 Bugs and giant problems that will crash the game. the O.S is windows XP However Microsoft stop supporting Windows XP and the next O.S to die is Windows 7 is what I am using the 64bit Ultimate to keep in maters all 7indows 7 and 8.1 that is 32v bit and 64bit no mater what, Basic, Home, Pro, Ultimate well to cut to the chase Interstate 75 dose not work on those O.S. I am wondering what is the mater with it. I do not want to buy a game that I want to buy that dose not work.
]The reviews from the Interstate 76 makes all the difference in the world. That will tell me how well it works or wow well the game dose not work. like another perfect example that is not sold by GOG I wish it was its the same issues that got worse. dead on start up. for example this game Grand Theft Auto V PC simply dose not boot up crash on boot up
then the mater of Grand theft Auto IV PC graphic settings dose not change on windows 7 and windows 8.1
you can continue to play on that crap graphic settings then the game dose crash any way ROCKSTAR GAMES that is owned by Take 2 simply refuse to make working games for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
when people deal with a O.S from MICROSOFT there is going to be a hole lots of nightmare to these issues of games not working and crashing or even not working or not installing at all

ROG what is your plans to upgrade Interstate 76 so that it dose work on windows 7, 8.1 and 10?

Which game? Did you check that particular game's forums?
I'm using Windows 10 Pro. I bought and downloaded Star Wars: Galactic BattleGrounds. It plays the cut scenes then crashes. Any help would be appreciated.
Holy multi ancient message necro. Start new threads in the correct forum for the given game, or contact support folks, don't just tack on random questions to threads that are 5 years old, bringing them back from the dead. :)

"Games support" link in the middle of the bottom of every web page.

You can contact support by filling in and submitting this form. Don't forget to attach a DXDiag report, as it will make troubleshooting quicker.

That will create a support ticket, and someone from support will contact you (probably within the next day or two) and try to help figure out what's wrong and how to fix it.
It's mildly interesting to learn that there's a nameless GOG-Marketing account that can't be messaged: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_support_phone_number/post14/?staff=yes I thought it might be a relic of the pre-TET days, but it actually seems to have been registered after him.
I need a refund, in accordance with their 30 day money back guarantee. I submitted technical support requests, but they have not responded yet. What else can I do? I would love a phone number to call them. Or do you think they will just process the refund without responding?

Anyone have any experience requesting a refund? How did it work?

How long ago did you submit the request? It may take a few days, and as part of the guarantee, you agree to work with Support to try to get the game working. If you and Support are unable to get the game running, then you get your money back.

Cyraxpt: When did you requested a refund?
I requested it today (yes I know, I'm impatient, ha). In fact, when I was posting this question, they responded. However they wont give me a refund because there is no troubleshooting issue. I am just very unhappy with the purchase.

Any advice?
Is "unhappy" a returnable issue if it's not an In Dev?

I can't keep track of this stuff! :P

I once tried to return a game for 'spite'. They didn't buy that.

Is the game one of the early acess ones? If not, i don't believe they will refund it just because you didn't like it, only if there's a problem with the game and they can't fix it.
