More than a month to resolve an incident. I have reported gog galaxy bugs that have not been resolved for months.
Just waited a month for a reply and they didn't even read my ticket correctly, so I had to rewrite the entire thing to try to be more blatantly obvious. Now to wait again.
Only a month? My support ticket to CDP is dated December and it's still not resolved.

All my GOG tickets have usually been solved within days.

You guys should obviously write easier tickets, don't ask GOG to bring moon from the sky. If you do, it will take time.

You mean like fixing things in the forum? Or removing 'accidental' DRM from games? Yea, GOG has made it clear enough that they aren't interested in doing any of that. The first is a decade old topic where GOG just doesn't do anything. The second is 'not the task of the support team' ... official reply. The only way to get 'accidental' DRM removed is to contact the dev directly (NMS, Northgard).

So, while some small things are quickly resolved by Support, other things aren't resolved at all and are ignored for months. Or, if you are insistent enough, eventually someone from Support will admit that they aren't going to do anything about some major issues.

But @StrongSoldier: there is an easy solution. Just stop using Galaxy, then you won't be affected by it's bugs anymore! ;-)
I am currently waiting for a reply to my request for a refund for Pathfinder Mythical. This is only just a couple of days, this Friday last I think it was that the ticket was opened up, there was the weekend in between, but by now there could at least be someone telling me what the current status is. I actually added this and the reason for my request because in the automatic reply I was asked for additional information.

So far my only other experience with this was rather positive. It's been during the Cyberpunk debacle where their staff must have been rather busy. This has taken 3 days and another 5 and I got my money back. Currently it doesn't seem there's still anything that's keeping them from at least providing a short update on my ticket status, removing the game plus additional content from the library and whatever else it is they got to do.

If by chance any of the blues or maybe a forum moderator reads this, could you forward it or provide a status update on my ticket #1154215 please?

I would also like to ask whether the winners for one of last months competitions have been determined. There hasn't been any update on this and I already asked for it here but got no reply.

Try submitting another reply. I've had nothing but good experiences with GOG support and only once did I have them take a long time to respond. In that case, replying to the ticket again did it and they got the issue resolved within a day or two of that reply.

Hm, did you contact support or submitted a bug via GOG GALAXY/Matis? If it's the latter, please keep in mind that those reports are not always replied to. The GOG GALAXY developers usually reply when they need an additional information from you about the bug itself. If you think that the bug you experienced is happening only to you and needs to be addressed individually, please contact support instead :) Currently I see no other tickets in our inboxes other than some sent and resolved in 2019.

I would also like to apologize for all the late responses, we are indeed quite overwhelmed recently :c

Please consider reaching out to me via chat if your request are urgent and I will check what I can do to help.
