The way it currently is GOG support is kinda dead. When you try to create a ticket via the stupid annoying bot all you'll then receive it a E-Mail that looks like this:
Thank you for contacting GOG Support.

This is an automated message – you can reply to this email to provide additional details or update your support request. Your support ticket ID is XXXXXX – this can help if you need to refer to this ticket later.

We'll investigate your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Talk to you soon, GOG Support Team.
Not only does this E-Mail not include a working link for your open ticket anymore, it also includes a wrong ID number with only six digits instead of seven.

Since the "My activities" part has been deactivated a long time ago for unknown reasons that GOG never wanted to tell their customers you now have no available option anymore to check if your support ticket has actually been read or if the status of it has been changed.

It often happened in the past that the ticket status was just automatically set to solved or closed also for unknown reasons and now with no way to actually see your tickets anymore all that's left is hoping that someone from the GOG support is actually caring enough to read it and act.

Summary
"My activites" = deactivated (option for it still in the dropdown menu on the support page as some kind of middlefinger to all customers who used it)
E-Mails = not including working ticket links anymore but instead they now include wrong ID numbers that don't work
Support bot = still as useless at it has always been
Yeah, in the very recent past, the very same message used to say Your support ticket ID is "#1234567", which would be a hyperlink to https://support.gog.com/hc/requests/1234567

I have no issue with the new system using one less digit, if that's what this is, but I do have an issue with there not being a web section for us to view progress on and to provide further details.
Noticed that too, however they did get back to me rather quickly and solved the issue I had, last time around. Maybe I just got lucky.
I also was able to bring up the page on support.gog.com, probably because I have one of the scripts running that skips the support bot altogether and lets you use the good old forms instead?
Not the ideal solution but at least this way you'll get the correct ID for further reference.
The last time I had a problem was really quickly.

True, but at least the tags are worthless and the wishlist is broken.

Don't forget that we are swamped by spam bots and mods are really, really useless by doing nothing even though they let the community do the work they are paid for to find those. Isn't it amazing?

Not to mention the curation being asleep at the wheel and the purple dot being everyone's permanent companion.
