I requested a refund for a game and asked them for the money in my gog wallet, and i got an email from them saying they need confirmation if I want the money in my gog wallet, to reply above the line.. So i clicked reply on gmail and said i'd like the refund to my gog wallet (For the 2nd time) And nothing, its been hours... Do i need to wait or something im just confused?! Cheers anyone who went through a refund process before..
have the money appeared in the wallet? Sometimes they don't communicate about time money will appear to the wallet. I sometimes got money few minutes before the reply which confirmed they made a refund.

No money yet
Try to exercise a little patience, it's the weekend after all.

Also, they usually just follow protocol with their replies, which is why it often comes across as if the support staff member in question didn't even read your first answer.
For instance they will repeatedly suggest to use Galaxy to fix your problem or patch the game, even if you have informed them beforehand that using Galaxy is NOT an option and that they should focus to provide the offline installer version of the fix or patch in a timely manner instead.
I got mine very quickly after I confirmed where I wanted the refund sent. The whole process from request to actual refund was less than a day.

I think you might need to wait until the end of business European time on Monday. I suspect they aren't working the weekend.

Even though GOG advertises their stellar 24/7 support, I suspect you're right...

GOG is situated in Poland.
Poland is an arch catholic country.

It may have slipped your attention, but this weekend (!) is:
All Hallow's Eve (October 31th),
All Hallow's Day (November 1st), and
All Soul's Day (November 2nd).

Three dates, of which the first and the second fall on a weekend AND the second is also a national holiday in Poland.
So, maybe show some patience, and let the GOG guys get back to you, after they return to office on monday.
Hey guys still no news 24/7 support where?

I requested a refund last Tuesday and still hasn't heard anything. I responded to the automatic email about either GOG Wallet or Card. I choose Card but still haven't heard anything. I do suspect with it being the weekend and also COVID, the response time is gonna be awhile. But still, I did send a DM on Twitter just asking for an update so yeah
*whispering* Contact me via PM with your ticket numbers.

They call it "stellar" because it goes with Galaxy... or maybe it's the other way around. :)

No, it's "stellar" because it is written in the stars when you will get a reply.
