It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Hi!

I am trying to buy some games in this weekend promo, but at the moment I choose the payment method, the page does NOT load the next step; it is like an eternal loop where I have to choose / introduce payment info. I have tried deleting cookies and all temp related files with no luck.

Does this happen to someone more, or is just me?

The site has been acting very buggy for me for the past week, like quoting on forums and posting stuff and had 2 of my purchases not go through 10 times so far so I gave up getting stuff for while on here till someone fixes the issues. Seems like GOG don't want my MONIEEESSSSSSSSS lol

please gog fix it

Did you report it?
No, I still can't make my purchases to happen.

May this be relate to the zone? I can only buy using US $.

What web browser do you use, on what OS etc. and do you have any browser extensions installed? If using NoScript, RequestPolicy, CookieMonster or similar plugins - have you allowed exceptions for gog.com and secure.gog.com and any other necessary subdomains so the content is loaded properly etc?

HTTPS-Everywhere is another one that can potentially conflict with the site if you're not careful. Just some suggestions for things that can mess up the site.

Private browsing mode can also screw things up from what I've seen people experience in the past although I don't use it myself.

I use latest stable Opera version for Windows 7 x64.

I thought the browser could be the problem so I tried both with Chrome (Just because... Opera uses same engine) and lnternet Explorer 11. No luck yet.

I have tried to pay with PayPal and direct with my credit card. In the past, I have been able to buy with both methods.

Yeah they don't charge CAN at all, GOG GET ON THAT CANADIAN DOLLAR OPTION >:(

I am deleting my browser and testing a re install and using that god forsaken shit IE one as well
I just submitted a support request to GOG of the following:

"There are people reporting problems buying games and having issues in the checkout page showing up 403 or similar in the forums. I am not myself having any problems (I haven't tried to purchase), but people are saying they're also getting these errors when they try to contact support, so I'm trying to submit a ticket on their behalf. GOG support should peruse the web forums for people mentioning problems purchasing things and/or accessing the site lately as it seems very common today. Here is one example, although there are several similar reports:

http://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_store_problem

Hope this helps."

My support request went through ok with no noticeable errors on my end (Google Chrome used for submission here), so hopefully they will look through the forums and try to track down everyone that has problems and investigate. I haven't made any purchases lately myself or encountered the issues personally but it seems many people are getting tripped up with some sort of bug so hopefully this helps to sort it out.
I GOT IT TO WORK!!! IT MUTHER @#$@!#$ WORKS NOW !!! had to re install google chrome and now it works X(

But yeah gog should look up the forums and fix stuff cause I am still getting some iffy site bugs around the place, Stuff like profile picture taking 20 minutes to change and forum messages half the time not working and now the guy above still having the issue with buying games.
I still can't make my purchases :(

As I stated, I have sweep all cookies / temp files via CCleaner. In fact, I sweep EVERYTHING under the browser tags in the program, and have done it several times.

I am not going to uninstall / reinstall any of my browsers as the problem is related to GOG servers.
