Was there any notice that Focus Home Interactive will be leaving the summer sale before it ends?

I can't find a single mention of it, not even in the newsletter, and the staff (both English-speaking and Russian-speaking) have been ignoring questions since yesterday.

Let me guess, the sale has been going on for weeks now, but after certain titles have been removed from the ongoing sale, you have suddenly become very interested in them.

Its still odd they silently removed em from sale as they seemed part of the summer sale

You're correct - this was the sale page - now no longer listing any discounts:

Could not find anything on GOG regarding this specific items, but Focus Home Interactive themselves stated they would run until June 28th on Twitter, screenshot attached:

There was a countdown timer on one of the panels on the front-page for it (you know the one that shifts to show a different game or deal) So it wasn't silent.

I will say this...

... GOG has been good about making good when they've mislabeled a sale in the past. Certainly worth a try if you have ads to back up your claim.
