Now that the corpse of Shinyloot has been discovered on the dungeon floor (and brought to attention by the current news), GOG should loot the body for games. What would you all like to see from your SL shelves appear on GOG? My votes:

Alter Ego
East India Company Collection Gold Edition
Hotel (Collector's Edition)
Mosby's Confederacy
Whispering Willows

I'd much rather see Shinyloot revived under CD Projekt's rule, and be made home for the games that are 'too niche' for GOG but otherwise hosted down there. This is to keep the boutique approach of GOG that they're carefully building and give a chance for DRM-free gaming to shine even better. Don't you think?

MaxFulvus: Gray Matter !
That is on GOG, though perhaps you're voting for a free transfer like the current promotion. I suspect there won't be a lot of those, as they are done on a per-company basis.
Maybe Arcania, as ShinyLoot was the only digital store that sold it DRM-Free. Oh sure, I know that GOG has rejected it, but maybe when Nordic drops its price, they could reconsider it.
I concur with the above: Grey matter and arcania, in fact I have a few others but no access at the moment.

yes, correct. I misunderstood you. I wish a free transfer here for Shinyloot games, but I'm not even sure we can access to our SL accounts now.

You can log in still and view your list, but it's pretty worthless as all the downloads are gone.

I remember I asked Viva Media to send me a GOG code for Gray Matter after the announcement of the upcoming vanishing of SL. They never answered me :(

Not really surprised, companies are often loathe to set such precedents. I suspect GOG would have to negotiate with them for such a hand-over.
Get whatever's good over here. :)

For the maingame Gamersgate offers a patch that removes the Securom DRM (ArcaniA_Gothic4_Patch_Sec_Installer_EFIGS.exe). In my textfile I create for every series to collect any relevant informations I also wrote you need to install an offline-installer before installing the patch, because the patch does not removes the first validation. I guess the offline is the second downloadable patch (ArcaniA_Gothic4_Patch_Installer_EFIGS.exe).

About the standalone addon "Fall to Setarrif" I'm not sure. I remember it was and there is no activation code, but the gamepage says it has Securom. I never played both games, I got them by mistake as free upgrade to the Gothic bundle, so I can't give any guarantee for both ;-)

Edit: And yes, it would be great to get more games activated here from other stores, especially when they are already gone like ShinyLoot. While I had some games on ShinyLoot (and of course backuped) I believe none of them are on gog.

Maybe. I wouldn't know, though, because the game's storepage mentions SecuROM as the DRM. The expansion also mentioned SecuROM, but it seems that it's no longer available for purchase there.

The ShinyLoot version was the only one that directly mentioned DRM-Free in the storepage.

For me, I'd like to see;

Hero of the Kingdom
Hero of the Kingdom II
Medieval Battlefields
Dwarf Quest

T'would be great indeed if they showed up here :)

Oh, maybe both games are region-locked. I see prices for both, the main game costs 20€ and the standalone expansion 15€.

But of course the ShinyLoot versions would be better, as it's really out of the box drm-free. I also don't understand why both games are not already on gog. I know Arcania has not a good record, but with Gothic 3 we already have a a release which is mostly to complete the series, so they could do the same with the Arcania games as closer for the Gothic series.
