Huh, most interesting re: who sets the sale prices.

GLTh3Pr0: I'm hoping they don't forget to include the Hasbro DnD games (Icewind Dale II, NWN 2, Temple of Elemental Evil etc.) in the next big sale, somehow they were excluded from the DnD sale we got a few months ago.

bluethief: I believe GOG has no say in what games get discounted during the sale. They just notify their partners of when the sale is going to take place, and the publishers are the ones who then set the prices.

I was asking this question in the past, regarding some pricing issues. Publishers answered me that GOG decides, GOG answered me that it's a publisher' decision. I guess it's both, perhaps it's just a matter of setting some price points and general pricing policy and the rest is GOG's decision; I simply cannot imagine publishers deciding for all their titles for every single sale.

I ´ve just seen the promo, is Akane good? And why you don´t get the game as a GIFT now and not until July 4th if the is on the store?

It says the sale ends in 19+ days, which makes me think that the sale should indeed have started two days ago, on Friday, as Summer Sales tend to be three week long.

anyone got a list of the 3 hour deals that they are doing rn? was wondering how far deep we are and when they plan to rotate em on a 30 min basis afterwards.

thanks, damn i missed the everdream bundle... T_T. as for the rotation, i remember em doing it 1 or two sales previously where all the 3 hour deals went to a 30 min rotation for all deals iirc.

They are doing that sometimes but when they do it they usually announce it. No announcement this time so most likely it will be over after the last game is either sold out or when 6AM CEST comes around (in about 2h 23m).
