ConsulCaesar: I know Poles. They take their holidays very seriously. :D
Wait they had a holiday on the 8th june i think.
Anyway if nothing shows up at 6pm maybe monday then
According to GamingOnLinux, the Summer Sale will start today (or tomorrow, as Saturday is technically the last day of the week).

See the last paragrah in this article:

Ueber: ...
Historically they've never started the big sale during a weekend. Of course, there always comes the first time :)
Steam Summer Sale starts June 29th, at least from the headlines I saw on Google. I assume the plan is to start the GOG Summer Sale at least 2 weeks before the start of the SSS, which leaves next week as an appropriate time, but I doubt it will be early next week since this weekend a holiday weekend, so maybe Wed or Thurs. (I'm not sure they'll start a major sale right on the day they get back into the office, Tues.)

I guess we'll see! ;)
it will starts today at 6 PM CEST

i hope

Maybe the "Love & Mysteries" counts as the weekend sale.
Weirdest week of GOG sales I ever remember. Sure seems like something bug is about to pop...

... but...

... didn't happen at 6am PST or 9am PST.

And yet no weekend sale...
I'm just hoping for some bargain. Not the usual price we get on any old sale in any other week.
off topic
They've launched a new form for developers and publishers of all kind to fill out, who wish to have their games released onto GOG. Over email they told me the entire process is simplified, with it offering up "more context and focusing on the most important aspects to ensure our team gets all the necessary information from the get go".
FFS ! Did they open the gates in front of the shovelware flood ?

IMHO -- if this blurb is correct -- doesn't seem like it (curation is still intact... unless Whale Rock Games has more "releases")... GOG just trying hard to make the process more transparent for indie developers. They'd had issues for a number of years.

I don't see why. The publishing process could be simplified, and that doesn't necessarily mean anything about the criteria they use to accept or reject a game.
high rated
Guys, there's a topic for that

Maybe they were thinking of doing it late this week, and at some point decided to postpone it to next week. That would reconcile posts 1609 and 1623 with the fact that there is no sale!

Man, you should know better :p

Never attribute to an impending sale that which can be adequately explained by laziness
Or any other random reason.
My bet is that there's an intern alone in the GOG office right now who has no idea how to accomplish the task he was given 6 hours ago while everyone else left for the weekend, which was to get the sale up and running. :D
