hercufles: Wanted to know how you return a game, anyone knows that?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must have either:
a) not downloaded any file from the game in question
b) faced significant problems that prevent you from launching the game or running it terribly
In both cases, no more than 30 days must have passed, otherwise you lose your right to a refund.
In the case of a), go
here, select "preorder cancelation" as the problem type and explain to support that you want a refund. In the case of b), you should contact support from the game's specific support section (accessible via "More", "Support" from your account), work with support in an attempt to fix the game for you and if nothing works, they should refund you.
