We would love to release our game on @GOGcom, but apparently our game didn't match their requirements for selection. However, the DRM-free version is available on Humble Store and http://attentat1942.com and the German version will be there too, once released.

Seriously GOG? Your rejected this game? Why?
http://attentat1942.com/

Due to a major change in the regulations of the USK, responsible for game ratings in Germany we might see uncut versions of Wolfenstein, Southpark and other games with swastikas and other symbols of the third reich - depending of the context. One of the first beneficiary games will be Attentat 1942 which now can possibly be released in Germany. Why is it not on GOG.com???
low rated
I'll tell you the answer when I find out why Gemcraft was rejected.

And so with everyone else with a pet game that GOG rejected in favor of pixellated "retro" permadeath junk and [visually underage female dating simulators].
I've just looked through the Steam reviews and while it's rated 'positive' it seems to have no actual gameplay and is more like an interactive documentary, and it's only approximately 2 hours long. I would guess those two factors have something to do with GOG's refusal to sell it.

Yeah what employee pushed for that sort of thing.
Due to recent events it looks like they're considering to try again getting it on gog though:

The trouble is though, what if they're rejected again? Will they be likely to ever try to submit one of their games again?
Is there actual game play?

Dialog-based adventure game
Based on historical research and testimonies
Cinematic interviews with 8 different survivors
Interactive comics
Atmospheric and challenging mini-games
Authentic historical footage
So... sort of like an educational visual novel with a serious subject for a change?

I'd buy that.
Come on!?

This is what I'm talking about.

GoG's bar is too high, too erratic.

Please get this sorted, there are new platforms coming and you're going to end up as that "other" competitor to steam
3 entire votes on the wishlist.

Try not to act too indignant when it's clear there's not much pull for this.

Not enough people use the wishlist to vote for indies. Very few have a significant number of votes.
I've already seen Schindler's List two times, so I guess this game(?) had nothing to offer to me.
