Same for me ask them refund me and no answers after i declined the wallet refund. I bought the game and i can t launched i tried all things and nothing

I m a huge fan since the first witcher and no respect anymore for customer ...

Double check what the e-mail says that you should have received after putting in a refund request. Sometimes you may need to reply to it via e-mail to confirm it and method of refund (actual refund vs wallet funds):-

I'm having the same issue. Requested refund 5 days ago, replied to the automated follow up, and still no response. It is just sitting open.

I attempted to send you a pm but apparently cannot do to privacy issues. This is my first time using the forums, so I am sorry for an ineptitude. I understand there is a wait as the reply said, and so I waited awhile before sending a second request in. Both are still open currently, and on the second one I made sure to reply through the email (I was originally unsure if to reply in the request itself or email originally, so made that mistake on the first.)

Edit: My main fear is running down the clock on the 30 days and then my refund being denied. Does that happen?

If you go to your Privacy & settings (drag down menu at top of the page from your user name) then click on Privacy you will see an option called ``Allow Chat Messages From`` have this selected as ``Everyone`` and this will allow you to send a PM to someone.

They will use the date that the ticket was filed for the refund request date so as long as it is submitted before the 30 day grace period you should be fine.

That's my concern as well. I still haven't received a refund after several days. This situation really sucks.

I just read Wolfsite's comment. If it's true then that does offer some relief.

im livid, ive been waiting to get a refund to buy other shit on their store and im still waiting for them to refund my shit into the GOG wallet since december 14, at this point im just going to ask for a refund to my card and buy the shit on steam because fuck gog

Unfortunately I've been experiencing the same radio silence. Created a support ticket last week and responded that I wanted the full refund instead of the funds going to the Wallet and have not heard back since. Checked the original email to make sure I replied correctly.
I've only just started receiving a response to a refund request filed on the 8th of this month - so others can expect a near 2-week wait if this is any indication.

Unfortunately, GOG have added an extra hoop for purchasers to jump through (in addition to having multiple CAPTCHAs on their support page, auto-cancelling tickets unless you reply to their initial email and pushing you to accept a GOG Wallet refund instead of a real one). You now have to fill in an online form to explain why you want a refund (just in case your initial ticket wasn't clear enough) and this form is *drumroll* a Google form.

So you have to be willing now to supply details via a third party notorious for large scale tracking of Internet users - GOG has already co-opted its customers via its recent change to its payment system (which now requires users to permit connections to pay.google.com to use a credit card, whether they use Google pay or not) making this an escalation in its compromise of user privacy.

As it stands, I've posted on the ticket that I will initiate a chargeback on the transaction if the refund isn't given, and will update on how this goes. However others should be aware that the delay in refunds is now only a first step - and the increasing user-hostility that GOG is showing is an increasing disincentive for further purchases.
Heh. Still waiting patiently at close to the 2-week-mark.
