When I go to user profiles it says my friends have 0 games and mine as well. I rely on this too see which games my friends have before I gift them something and vice versa. Is it a bug?

Yes, and it's not solved. GOG been having issues with the website. I have been getting failed download on couple games, and the blue check marks were just fixed.

As i marked as solved the other post (because most probably is that goes to zero when buy/add a game/demo to your account), i think it is better to talk if you want in this post and leave the other go to the depths.

Let's not give to GOG the opportunity to think that the real problem is solved. :D

Ok, good to know because it's been like that for a while now.
I will say that GOG support did reach out to me 8 days ago regarding this issue, but the ticket expired because I was too busy playing Skyrim to read my emails. =\ Besides, the issue turned out to affect more people than just me.

Do we have any updates on this issue? I am having the very same problem.
I think it's only affecting users that recently bought new games or got new games from giveaway(s). I noticed two of my friends are suffering from the nogames sickness on their profiles, but not me, because I haven't increased my game count recently.

Also maybe the game count was slightly inaccurate before this, not sure. IIRC, when the last time I claimed a free temporary giveaway game, the count didn't increase for me, but could be just because at the same time some non-game stopped counting as a game.
I have to say, it's pathetic that GOG fails to fix bugs like this quickly, especially during big sales like the winter one that puts them in the spotlight.

Not professional at all and oozes sloppiness and inability to manage their own site.

They fixed the broken sale links. I don't know if 2 days during a big sale can be considered quick. It was a trivial fix and maybe someone should've been able to handle it outside of regular business hours. But at least it's done.

I don't know the root cause of the profile issue, or what other more pressing matters they could be tending to instead. As usual, support agents are tremendously courteous and apologetic. That's a cold comfort when an issue has been dragging on for over 40 days.
Searching for this issue brought me here. A couple of my friends were also commenting that it being down when people might buy gifts for others is not great timing. This one doesn't seem like it should be so hard to fix (and everyone on my friends list is affected).
