I've got the response ~5h ago. They said (it's my translation to English):
Thank you for your inquiry, I forwarded this to the right persons. There were some problems with that update, but we are in process of fixing them. I can not share any details, but we will release update as soon as possible.
Well, to tell the truth, I can't escape the feeling that this was one of these "oh shit" moments for them. :]

I've got also the response that there was no changelog for 23904 so "it probably was something small". o.o
Well, I, still, would prefer to know what it was, lol.

Thank you. It seems that we "won", because game has just got an update.

Lexor: As far as I got informed, GOG has already got relevant files from the developer so now it is only a question of ridiculously delayed implementation.
Ask the developer why aren't they using the devportal, in order to push the update to the game themselves with Galaxy, instead of using GOG staff as a middleman.

I presume you are using Galaxy if imminent updates is a must for you.

I've already mailed developer as well (why it takes so long) - no answer so far.

No I'm not, and I do not need to get update "right away".
But even then, I'm expecting to get update in a few days, not a few weeks - that's definitely too long and should not be a norm.
