I've been trying so get a refund for Cyberpunk 2077 which I ordered on Dec 3 I still have yet to receive a new rely form it after the automatic message about getting a refund through a GOG wallet which I really don't want I just want a refund how hard is it to ask I though they had good CS what happened there this is getting ridiculous.

I'm sure the support queue is pretty busy right now. It's likely just taking longer than usual to get to your request.
Not sure if this just for the consoles but as per the latest of their "yellow" updates/announcements you may get through in a more direct and timely manner by dropping an email to
helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com

Again - might be just for consoles, though.

You may need to reply to the automatic message (via e-mail) confirming that you want a refund and not GOG wallet credit:-

It's really slow - 11 days isn't a good show for a refund request but I've had to wait a month or more before getting a reply (other than auto-response) on other tickets.

If all else fails, try sending a private message to ponczo (a moderator here) asking him to "bump" it along.

isn't that hilarious my parts are a Ryzen 7 2700x and and a 2060 super which are the recommended parts for playing at 1080p ultra yet I'm still constantly experiencing slowdowns and framerate blow 60 which is unacceptable for a promised well optimized game.

Kinda hard to get reviews since CDPR had a review embargo to hide the hideous sate the game was in we didn't really have nothing but the recommended specs to go on the way CDPR has handled this Launch has been plain awful to say the least .

This was what PC gaming used to be like. PC hardware has been stagnant for ages.
