The latter. Our Mafia crew has grown very small and there's a certain fatigue. And changes in RL jobs. I, for example, feel that I am way too busy to really invest time in this game. That means I wouldn't be able to analyze everything - or even just read the longer posts. So I wouldn't be much help to whatever team I end up in.

I'm afraid I could be busier in the next month, and I won't have the luxury to just stay up all day being excited about the next thing to do in Mafia. At the very least I may get to make money, and hopefully work my way to being a citizen in a decent first-world country that isn't actively sabotaging my tolerance for life.

I love to play it, but IRL commitments take up time. Sadly, IRL commitments seem to become more and more each [insert a period of time here]. I could not sustain playing multiple games at once.

This is a sad state of affairs, and I regret that I didn't jump in a year ago when I made my GOG account.

If life was remotely better, I could just stick around. Mind I probably would have still left because our currency used to be weak, but now it is far weaker that importing anything is a difficulty. Or even buying games, PS4 games can easily get past the minimum wage for government employees. Even Fallout 76 is more expensive than the minimum wage.

Stuff like that is why i think a sliding scale should be setup and mandated for various goods/services so that poorer nations won't have to go without stuff or be gouged in pricing.
