This is the sign-up thread for a new mafia game.

The format is going to be a C9++ game, but with a twist. The twist will not involve any cult elements; no player's team (or win conditions) will change during the course of the game.

I'm also looking for someone to be my backup-host. I need a someone experienced quick look at my set-up to tell me if there are any game-breaking balance issues, and might need help with information during the game (e.g. order of resolving night actions), and be a general backup during in case I'm not 100% available mid October.
Please only be a backup mod if you can't play. If you can play, I'd rather you play and leave the backup mod role for someone else.

Yes. Flubb is ALWAYS scum. Even when he is town!

I'm happy to help out but I'm a bit lazy when it comes to doing vote counts and stuff like that so if you want a backup host who will actually fill in for you I'm not sure I'm it...

But again, if everyone else is wanting to play I'll do it :)

I'm IN. I PM'ed ZFR asking for Mafia role and he was meany and said it had to be random. I can just imagine you Scum players laughing all the way through the game. I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face in person.
