The game won't be playable or enjoyable for me if people have the same avatar, it's as simple as that. I already have no clue who's speaking without zooming in to see their username.

flubbucket: I can get behind this. Moderation is a chore even in the simplest game setups.

But when someone says I'm going to take my ball and go home if you don't play my way.....it could be misconstrued as childish.

I would never say it was childish, but someone else might get the wrong idea.
Your intent is perfectly clear, no need to try and veil it.

okay, we've got the players lined up and ready to go. I'm delayed by life I'm afraid, but I'll put the game up when I'm back, which shouldn't be too long away.

I know this is basically starting the game on the weekend, which is what vitek wanted to avoid. Sorry!
