TammyTown: I hope that those who were put off by this give it another try, once you know what to expect and know what people are doing it gets a lot easier to sift out the noise, ignore what's not important at least to you, and move on to the other stuff. But I know it's jarring at first.
I'm probably going to skip MU, barring special circumstances (like the hydra game). I simply don't have the time to have Day 1's like that. I like my non-game interactions with the MUers that I've had such with, but I found playing to be something of a chore. One of the highest points in DSD 3 was hitting the Interlude; the excitement really came back for that.

On an unrelated note, remind me to apologize for harassing CSPVG and company for involvement levels in games. Nothing like being on the other end of it to bring a point home.
