December 10 would probably make a good start date if we can manage it. Finals should be over for our younger crowd, and we can probably bang out at least a Day or two before taking a little hiatus for Christmas.

It's been suggested I actually try to host this on MU.

What do the regular Goggers think of that? Would you guys be willing to register there if we try it? It might be a pain, but the software really is better.

Give me your opinions, but for now the default is we stay here.

Having watched a few MU games, the MU site is far superior to gog in terms of playing mafia. Voting, vote counts, ISO-ing a player - all a snap. No worries about merged posts. Without adalia's script, playing here is a real chore. I would be happy to play on MU. However, if other players prefer not to move to that site, I would keep it here.

Dec 10 starting date works good on this end.

That date would work for me. I'm just not sure I want to play mafia right now, so I'm trying to decide.

I think a tentative signup is acceptable. Then not think about it until the 10th and see how you feel then. Probably better to just drop out if you aren't feeling it when the time comes, so it's not on your mind so much (which can be counter-good.)

yog, I was serious about helping you if you do want to host it over there. I can forward you the PM that Thingy gave everyone who hosted a hydra game.

It's literally as simple as asking Thingy to be added to the game host list or whatever, then you just make a game thread, then there's an automated tool to turn it into an "actual game" where the modbot runs votes and deadlines and stuff.

Also, go ahead and put me down for Option 2: Super Spicy Role Boogaloo
