Telika: I'm saying that, unless you firmly believe point 1 (that is that Atlo is a mislead honest townie with no solid reason to clear Catte), then you know that your scumlist is false. It's beyond "may be wrong".

So not sure if you simply didn't think it through, or if you're making it on the go and lose track of your rationalizations.

Anyway, just in case I'm not here in day 3, my main suspects are :

MAFIA Joe OR Scene
MAFIA Buck
MAFIA Dedop

Atlo/Catte unlikely (pending reveal of Atlo's justification, and credibility assessment of them)
Lifth unlikely (bad irrational vibes about him, but when looking for rational causes of concern, don't find anything notable)
All others, believed townies.
I gave you the possibilities for Atlo's post. Anyone can be Scum from my POV it's all a game of guesswork. But Lift is my strongest Scum scent

My thought is that the comment about how Scene acts so mafia that he's town also applies when Scene is mafia. The only issue here is that we know mafia has day chat, so you would think that they would try telling him that he's saying all sort of weird stuff to try to reign him in.

This means that mafia team must consist of people that either are neglecting day chat, just neglecting the game as a whole or he's just ignoring his teammates.The most likely candidate here would be Joe.

The fact that you're trying to get me to withdrawal my vote to do a ton of catch-up reading when we are technically 1.5 hours away from nightfall is another reason for me to be suspicious of Mafia Team Joe + Scene + ????.

Day 3 would roll around, and you would be -- "Looky! Looky! Everyone Catventurer didn't vote."

Nobody would believe me if I said the reason I didn't vote was because I listened to someone I'm suspicious of (you) to go do a ton of back reading and the day ended before I could catch up.

I feel like we're being to pushed to vote for Lift by people that aren't necessarily voting for Lift themselves.

If you believe Joe's claim, I'll withdrawal my vote.


The problem that I'm in is that I really have no time to catch up before the deadline so I have to look more at who is voting for who.

It's not whether I believe him. It's about you not leaving a dangling vote on someone who was just pushed the bring, claimed and you have no idea what's going on and might want to get up to speed before being part of that potential lynch.

Speaking of this:

Does anyone else find it odd that we have two PR claims this day that have both gone uncontested? Its not like protector and tracker roles are uncommon PR archetypes, one would think a false claim would have been contested unless the real roles are being real quiet about it.

I guess either of them could be mafia versions, but I would think that a mafia tracker would be more logical/likely than a mafia bodyguard.

Im keeping my vote where it is as well. Desperation PR claims I would argue should have more scrutiny.

I don't think there is a Mafia Bodyguard - it would be an EXTREMELY situational role. It's either real or a lie which Scene used hoping to not hit it's actual version on our side.

A scum Tracker is the more likely of the two but as Joe said - I also believe it's unusual. It would also suggest a heavy active PRs on our side as a Tracker who doesn't track a bunch of players is also not very useful on their side (for instance we have at least 3 people who wouldn't do anything - Frostburn who was VT, AZ who was Mason and AZ's buddy(s)).
