Lifthrasil: I had read that as a micro picking up on my question to joppo in post 385 and the suspicion implied therein. But he wrote in 387 that he had caught up to 360. So he can't have been inspired by my post 385 ... and the tunafish doesn't make sense there.
@Micro: why do you write that this game is tunabeef against tunafish? Are scum actually called tunafish in this game? And how do you know that? Or where did the fish come from?
If you read my post, i am replying from old posts to new posts in a top-to-bottom order.
I comment that i had caught up to post 360, but then i later --in that same post--respond to ZFR's 371 qhen I said
ZFR: never good to NL unless etc
Microfish_1: oooh i hadn't recalled the bit about all players being even.
What if the scum don't do a NK following a NL in order to further confuse us?
By the end of that post (387) I was caught up to the "current" time.
So yes, it was sort of picking up on your suspicion, but also because the only word that usually
immediately (in the same sentence, anyway) follows "tuna" is "fish". In fact, some people don't use just "tuna" but the pleonasm, "tuna fish."
Further: Catte is having a laugh by calling town as "tunabeef" so I continued the joke and imparted my own dislike of fish by implying "tunafish=scum"
I obvs don't know what the scum are called, and I'd have a laugh if they *are* fish. It would just be so...fishy. :-D
I'll quote ZFR's 422:
ZFR: For someone who read their PM, it's pretty obvious why "I'm a tunafish" is scummy and deserves a Lunch instead of NL.
This is what i was stating, and why didn't Joe get this?
joppo: Use the Secret Finshake?
I know, I left off the "TM", but yes, you should.
I don't think you "must be" scum, FWIW, but I'm not convinced that you "must be" town, neither. (either?)
