trentonlf: Who do you think didn’t read the OP? Do you think that not reading the OP indicates alignment?
Those I suspect possibly didn't read the OP:

Korotan, due to the forgetting the merging of posts time limit in post 10.

Pooka, not realizing the setup is semi open in post 300.

Yourself, for not noticing Micro isn't in the game in post 139.

Also it's mainly based on me seeming to recall someone saying earlier in such games that scum would be less likely to read the OP posts.

GymHenson: Would you rather it be with maybe 6 hours before EOD with half the players offline, or when we have more time to adjust the lynch choice if need be?
False dichotomy. We can avoid near deadline madness without going for claims. It's not either or.
From my opinion I would lean right now three persons with very weak base.
Vitek because he whas the first to throw a claim,
ZFR because he seems to be really easy to accuse right now others of scum even if it is
Blotunga because something of his behaviour irritates me.

Vitek gives me no real other vibes, ZFR is a veteran chameleon while Blotunga is Blotunga.
I saw with the last two both possibilites of how he could be either House or Scum so I need to wait on how it develop and what my gut will tell me. My gut tell me right now, you and Pookina are house but well as I said before, I am not very reliable to understand my gut correct.
avatar
ZFR: Yes, exactly. The same thing you've done in several other games. You sticking to the same "mold". How about you trying something different for a change? Don't worry if it doesn't work out, there is no gold trophy on the line.
avatar
GymHenson: Beyond that (not wanting to get caught having to rush at EOD, which seems like common sense) and some other things I have tried changing it up in other ways/aspects, though.
And the fact that you keep saying other people are sticking to the same mold and playing by the books. Every game you mention it; you haven't changed in that aspect either.

It would still be worse for town if we needed to change course and vote for someone else with less time to spare.

That said, please answer the question if you'd be so kind:

Of the two, would you prefer a rush to build a wagon & lynch with little time left, and possibly few online to revote/vote if need be......or building a wagon on someone earlier on with more time to revote/vote if need be?

I am guilty in this too because I have no real experience and so I have to orientate on something while I stumble through this confusing verbal sparring.

I have a few things that carry across games, but imo I am more flexible overall with regards to a number of other things....especially compared to other players in general.

(Also note I replied to you in Post 320 as well)

trentonlf: Ok I see where you’re coming from...
That's... third time this game?

GymHenson: Of the two, would you prefer a rush to build a wagon & lynch with little time left, and possibly few online to revote/vote if need be......or building a wagon on someone earlier on with more time to revote/vote if need be?
Of the two, I would prefer none.

Again, this is a false dichotomy. Why pick any of the two?

As to which is worse, it would depend on the situation. Like would you prefer a broken leg or a broken hand? It depends. Am I a writer? Am I a sprinter?

Korotan: Lifthrasil would editing Roleplay only posts be a Nogo to for correcting marks and/or making it clearer what is exactly ment in them?
Yes. Editing Posts is a no-go. No matter what the reasons for wanting an edit are. That's one of the long established rules and I'm not touching it.

You can always do an 'edit by follow up post'. I.e. just post the correction in a new, separate post (being careful not to accidentally merge)

GymHenson: .............

If you saw the prior game and the rush to vote at EOD each "day" and my reaction to it then, you'd likely get why I am pushing against such rushing at EOD now.
Rush to vote at end of day.

Ya don't say.

I've never seen such a thing in all my born days.

Thanks for the heads up there paaaaardner.

Are you referring to Vitek claiming to be town or something else??

Lifthrasil: ...
Thanks for the unintentional bump.

EDIT: Sorry, I misread the question. I thought it would you prefer "prefer a rush to build a wagon & lynch with little time left" or "forcing a claim early".

So to answer your question, of course I prefer building wagons early so as not to leave it to the last minute. I said that already. It doesn't mean we should build wagons to get claims.

I read the OP twice when the game started, and missed both times that Micro wasn’t playing. I also missed both times the link Lift had for possible roles in the game. Noticed those two things after it was pointed out to me that Micro wasn’t playing and I read the OP again. No telling what else I’ve missed, so your assumption that I didn’t read the OP is wrong.
avatar
ZFR: Again, this is a false dichotomy. Why pick any of the two?
Because one is more beneficial to town, and we don't just pick a player, lynch without changing course, and hit scum every time?

I mean by what you said here you seem to be acting like we will pick correctly with every/near every wagon brought to lynch, and not need to(or want/desire to) change course ever/near ever.

avatar
ZFR: As to which is worse, it would depend on the situation. Like would you prefer a broken leg or a broken hand? It depends. Am I a writer? Am I a sprinter?
So you're saying both are equally as bad? Having time to change course and revote if need be and rushing to vote at the last minute are nearly as bad to you?

My english skill test whas so lala so I can only say it again more clearly.
Because he whas so eager to post first lynch vote my feeling would be, that he is either scum or an oracle.
But as I said before. It is very weak so it has as much weight as a feather.

No clue, all I know is I’m often having trouble following your thought process this game for some reason. It’s odd to as you are typically very concise in your posts.
