bucktoothgamer: Didn't linger on the point very long but I do wonder the reason for deflecting the idea of ZFR and Trent having overly friendly "debate". If someone was to peg those two as scum, hunter made a quick attempt to throw off the scent.
I read that as tongue-in-cheek remark that was supposed to bring up another friendly duo rather than pull away attention from the first one but maybe I misunderstood. I do hope you're not pointing it out of it only because it concerns yourself and Joe.
And as a side-note - don't be too palsy-walsy with Joe, mkay? I know he's attractive and muscular but he's spoken for ;)
Is this supposed to be ZFR marking blotunga for death?
ZFR: (I felt strongly about it yesterday I thought there was a good chance it will lead to a lynch).
How about today?
GymHenson: I am willing to vote near anyone but the three newcomers Engerek-Hunter-Bucktooth
Hunter isn't really a newcomer, he's a returning player. He may not be a regular participant like most of our cast but is quite capable and doesn't deserve to be cut any slack whatsoever.
GymHenson: Also what're the odds he'd be town in two games back to back?
Obviously the odds between games are irrelevant (I'm sure Lift would be telling you so if he was playing :P). And it should be obvious that in most normal games a player is statistically more likely to be Town than scum. I know you put a smiley at the end of this question and is probably not meant to be absolutely serious but the decision to include it at all as one of the arguments behind joining the wagon weirds me out a bit.
All caught up.
I didn't like how blotunga got entangled in the rules topic - said he read and understood them but clearly didn't pay [enough] attention to them. On the other hand I think ZFR is putting a bit too much weight on that which gives me pause along with the fact how quickly some people decided to hop in on that wagon. I'm somewhat concerned that this might have been a Town blunder and ZFR decided to bank on it for an easy early lynch which blotunga has been in past games. Again on the first side - I don't like the OMGUS return vote either but it might make sense in the situation described previously so not sure about that.
All in all, ZFR's vote I can understand. His strong conviction not so much but maybe it's legit. Pooka's and GH's votes on the other hand seem forced.
pre-post edit: I see ZFR backed off which makes me feel a bit better about his original push as him backing off like that wasn't really called for as more people than not seem to be in support or neutral about it.
Pooka and GH still feel off.
