Have you actually been keeping up with the game at all? You seem to be using the fact I visited you as a reason for voting, when in fact you're corroborating my claim.

I now also suspect that Hunter is the Mutant (scum) Goon. So they never had a day chat, to begin with.

We can actually end the game this turn. Here is an idea.

We can all vote for Catte and lynch him.
Korotan goes and kills Hunter as his night action who is currently the best candidate for the goon. (or Flub, one of them is a medic)


This way, we can make sure the 2 highly possible scum candidates are both dead at the same time. If one of them is a town, they still win even in death.

What say you?

So the existence of korotan's role corroborates ZFR's role (I had been wondering about that).

As ZFR says, there must be a mafia goon and it can only be whoever isn't the medic. ZFR's dream of me being mafia could technically be true, but it would require a 4 person mafia team. It's not impossible given that it's role madness and the town is pretty powerful. Still it makes sense to go after the mafioso that definitely exists rather than the one that only might exist.

Unless korotan is the remaining scum and is playing us masterfully? But no, the existence of his role is predicted by ZFR's role. If there's another neutral, now would definitely be the time to counterclaim korotan.

In fact, I can't really understand why the medic hasn't claimed yet. Both Flub and Hunter have been present since it was suggested they claim. It's possible they have a secondary function (doc?) and felt it was worth remaining anonymous, but we're in mass claim territory here now.

Sounds like the game isn't lost for you yet then. You just need to be on board for lynching the mafia goon.

Or we lynch hunter along with Korotan(and if korotan is the role they say they win along with us if Hunter is scum goon), and if somehow hunter flips town we go after someone else.

If we believe Korotan, then anyone with a provable role (i.e. everyone but Hunter and flub) cannot be the Goon. Hunter specifically said he's not Medic, so that means flub is Medic, ergo Hunter is the Goon. There is no need to go for catte or anyone else.

I'd just like to hear Hunter first, in case he has a provable role too. In that case we got to rethink our premises.

Oof, I bet Hunter is regretting that decision now. Although I suppose there'd be little point in CC the real medic since we're not at LYLO. I am beginning to think the game balance may have been a little unfavourable to scum.

Even if it is a 4 Mafia scenario, after the Goon's death there is a way for you to better confirm yourself. I thought of an example plan:

Assuming Hunter flips Goon and the game doesn't end, then this Night:
_ You Watch bucktooth.

This would be a good way to prove you didn't kill. One of those happens:
_ Your action fails. bucktooth gets notified. We get confirmation you didn't NK.
_ Your action succeeds. You will then have to say who visited bucktooth. With myself, flub, GH and Eng as possible visitors, there is a small chance you can simply tell correctly by guessing.

Why bucktooth? Because with him being a Coward, we know he can't be NKed. So if you're scum you can't use the excuse "oops I just happened to Watch the person who got NKed. Too bad he can't corroborate my claim."

How does that sound?

That comment made me think that you are no longer town. Your win condition is different. A Town wouldn't be so reluctant to sacrifice themselves just like the mafia does not hesitate to sacrifice each other. What is your win condition?

Both ZFR and Gym, That sounds good, but I started to have a feeling about Catte. I was actually convinced he was town till a few days ago but now I am not so sure. And looking at the general picture, I do not see a reason why there can't be 4 scum roles.

I agree. Given the balance it is not completely unlikely. But we'll have the opportunity to go for the fourth one next Day anyway.

I thought I was pretty clear. I said it would be nice to win alive (as opposed to winning dead) given that I've made it this far. That's an entirely emotional position to take but I don't think it's unreasonable.
My wincon is the standard town one: (paraphrased) I win when there are no more threats to town left.

Why would you expect me to support my own lynch when there's no gain from my perspective? Best case scenario there's one scum and korotan kills them, my lynch would have served no purpose other than to slightly delay the win. Worst case scenario there's one more scum and we're down an extra townie for no good reason.

You want to go for the slow and intimate way then. Fine by me.
