Still waiting for your list of sensible reasons ...

It wasn't an argument I felt like joining as it was either nothing like you said it was or it was something more like Town than not. I give you more credit than that and I don't think scum!you would have communicated it in the way you did. Until the "remember Stanley Hotel" bit I was thinking it's probably the former and people are jumping on you for all the wrong reasons. Now it appears it's not nothing (although I don't remember Stanley Hotel as I didn't take part and I won't go check out an old game). I'm not going to inquire about it but it appears others will and possibly that reference is already enough giveaway to those who know or aren't as lazy to go back and check so it's probably going to come out anyway.

With all that said, unless we have someone pegged down as a very likely scum lynch, I, personally, feel we should be doing some claiming before the day ends. Right now there appears to be very small amount of consensus among players so that the first option seems rather unlikely (is it like 37-38% to hit randomly?) on it's own.

Both times (possibly more but I can point out two right away) you made the effort to list all names in order, so no, not as obvious as 2 + 2 as you might think.


Not my words. Also, if you're Town some things you have been picking and clinging on make similar amount of sense as something like this as scum so either way something is not ideal for sure.

By the way, I'm being somewhat playful and I hope you're not taking everything I (or in some cases others) say too seriously. Some things you decide to latch on are just plain bizarre for the lack of a better or more polite word. But not all things. Your play has somewhat improved for sure. It just needs more polishing. So hang in there. Also, if you are actually scum and you are managing to hide behind the veil of your established extraordinary ways and get a pass for it - then it's even a better play.

So what are your reasons? As mentioned several times, I'm restricted to using a mobile device, so it's not easy to find previous posts. All I've seen is the thing about being logged in at the same time as Catte.

Watcher can be considered weak replacement for cop so in case there is some other kind of role or mafia don't have much in role departement themselves, there wouldn't be any cop.

I am still trying to figure it out. I believe there is certainly at least one scum among the three of you (you, nmillar, GH) but I highly doubt all of you could be in league together so I'd better sort you out first.

I can think of reason why you acted the way you did as town and I would be inclined to believe it but there is still possibility of mafia making false crumbs and the way you were so coy about it makes me wary of it.

There are various ways to change reads and while many are acceptable there are certainly some that are scummy, smartass.
The problem isn't with changing reads when they naturally evolve. That's totally fine but it is very different from changing them drastically without any apparent reason. But this isn't about reads at all and you know it quite well. It is about you changing opinions as was pointed out by gogtrial. Your dances around trent's lynch and nolynch and my main problem with this thing lies in the way you tried to dismiss is by claiming you can't remember what you think of things vecuase you don't take notes.

Waiting would beat the purpose and the sole reason I had for it.

That is my SUSPECTS list,,,as in those who have said or done something(or didn't say or do something in some cases) which caught my eye.

Yes, I find everyone to be possible scum unless confirmed town, but I usually don't put them on the list unless I have reason to.

As long as a player doesn't rouse my suspicion I often don't list them in said suspects list....which means that to me they are still potential scum, but have not roused my suspicion much if at all during the game to the point I put them on said suspects list.

So for future clarity: If someone is not on my list and is not confirmed town, they are for all intents and purposes at the bottom of the list.

Yeah, my play likely isn't ideal, but as I said: I am not the best at some aspects of this game, but i'm trying my (near) best, cpn.

That said, I usually focus on listing two reasons when pointing some things out....of course there might be more than two possibilities(including ones I don't see at the time I say such) or one/both of those I list might be wrong.

Wasn't a mistake....as said above, I just don't note players on the list until I have reason to or feel there's reason to...until then consider anyone not on the list of mine at the bottom of my suspicion matrix/chart/thing.

No worries on that front....if I did self hammer it'd likely be without much of a timer for Vitek or any scum to capitalize upon. :)

Tbh it's not you or anyone specifically....just a feeling that my fellow town aren't taking me seriously enough this game, despite my attempts at trying to play better this game.

(Of course i'm to blame somewhat if that's the case....some likely are used to possibly ignoring some or all my reads and such as a force of habit due to my play style)

As for getting better: Due to my memory problems, how I play on average, and my tendency to get better or even worse from game to game....this may be me at my best....still, I shall try to improve if I can(and feel like it, of course).

Did reply before with said reasoning, but I stupidly forgot to note all of them.....so i'd have to go back through the game to find my own posts for my reasoning(poor memory, etc, you know the drill).

Older ones:

1. Rushing to unvote Catte on D1 when he had such a small wagon.
2. Being online and posting alongside Catte on two "daystarts" near back to back or back to back, within 1 hour or less the one time and a few hours the other time.


Newer ones:

3. Voting and pushing Catte today(D3), despite them being in my suspects list(If you suspect me, why did you do that?)
4. Pushing Catte for more info on that spelling/etc thing several times, and then voting them, but then "voting" for them to not "spill the beans" now.

Generic one:

6. You seeming to focus more effort on discrediting my credibility and shading me than proving to me and everyone more that you're town

Might be more i'm forgetting, but with my memory and few notes I could list those at least.

First off, if I came off as trying to be rude to you then please know that's now the case. I was more trying to show (in over the top manner) how much I find you to be suspect.

That said, I don't often play like other players or follow their "playbooks".

As I said, poor memory & lax note taking....as I've said countless times before.

I've stated many times(not just in the game, but on the other threads of the forum) that I have physical memory/brain issues......and either forget to take notes, don't note some things(due to sometimes skimming a bit, especially on some longer posts, or just not seeing something as worthy of noting...even if it is) when I should, or just don't take as many notes like I should due to being a bit lazy.

Is that good enough for ya, btw, or do I have to produce a doctor's note or similar? o.0

To "steal" the hammer? If so, that's poor reason for doing so imo....especially if you are town and suspect me.

I mean if you do suspect me and did back then & are town, then why hammer someone I was willing to? Why not wait and see what i'd do first?

I saw your questions, but sadly my answers are crap.
I hoped to analyze the wagons at least, but with only 2 days available, they're useless.

Anyway:

- Lift- doesn't *feel* scummy. He contributed lyncing 2 towns tho.. but so did the townie gogtrial.
- catte- the computers excuse for the breadcrumbs was weak and the role allusions didn't bring to anything.
- dedo- tried to be less absent in the end, but not by much. Position still unknown. Killed 2 towns too.
- nmillar- escaped a lynch thanks to someone flipping at the very last moment..
- Vitek- not super present. I didn't like that last sudden lynch. Killed 2 towns too.
- GH- an overflow of posts and quotes, makes keeping up with the thread quite difficult.. Too inquisitive townie due to MELO or scum wrecking havok instead of staying put? Why is he so annoyed that he didn't manage to kill blotunga?
- Micro- doesn't *feel* scummy, but who knows.

Jokes aside: I agree with GH, that it looks very strange how you removed your vote from Catte as soon as I took an interest in pushing him. Was your vote just a distancing attempt? Or did you want to get a ball on a Town!Catte rolling and then removed yourself from it to preserve the possibility to quickhammer? In any case it doesn't look very towny of you.

Also you are right. GH resting at L-3 with no attempts to steamroll him might mean that he's either scum or at least one scum is on his train already.

@GH: discussing a Jester now? Really? Why? What does it change? ...Even if there was one, who for some reason only now wants to get lynched, there is no evidence for that. And also no relevance. We have to play on the safe side assuming MYLO. So I want to be sure to lynch scum. Not some speculative third party!

@Catte: how many people are 'enough people' before you are willing to spill your beans all over me?
