I'm not seeing a whole lot of the former in your statements.
I already mentioned before that there are downsides to getting people to claim in a prior post. To me, the upsides make it worth going that route sometimes, imo.

Also besides my suspects list above, everyone note Vitek's stealing my hammer above: Suspicious (I mean why not wait those 12 minutes?) somewhat, or at the very least poor sportsmanship (I DID call dibs *tsk tsk*).
