supplementscene: Firstly I think reading the Mafia Wiki helps Mafia players more than Town players because they know the roles they're up against.
Reading that as "all the potential roles they could be up against": That's the information you get when you
skim the page. If you
read it and think about what it means, you should be able to get a lot more.
At that level of reading comprehension, I also don't see why it would be more helpful for mafia to know what potential town roles could be in play, than it would be for town to know what potential mafia roles could be in play. Please clarify?
supplementscene: it's an easier alternative than saying 'Hey Guys, don't be too off the wall, you could be investigated or roleblocked'.
Honestly, mafia-me wouldn't even consider the possibility that fellow mafia could be unaware of these things.
supplementscene: Perhaps the scumhunting for a Serial Killer is more nuanced but really it isn't.
gogtrial34987: Why not? I can think of some ways in which mafia could be found out which wouldn't be applicable to a SK. Can't you, or what makes you say this?
You didn't address this. Can I safely assume that's deliberate?
supplementscene: You're right about all those possibilities I hadn't considered for their only bein one night and yourself and SPF are also right that ZFR probably used random.org - although that isn't necessarily true. Just because he does it in game doesn't mean out of game he might enjoy constructing roles in a certain manner.
JoeSapphire: He was saying in the sign-up thread that he's looking forward to randomly generating the roles - it's his favourite part of the game and it's already over.
That's twice you've clarified my thinking for me toward scene. Just looking out for your little bro, eh? And that on top of not giving any reaction to my vote...
JoeSapphire: Who do you guys reckon the mafias are?
Interesting that you named three names.
