Seriously. How often have you been prompted to read the rules? How often have you thrown around some whacky theory that contradicts the setup? It's not your first game anymore and yet it's a recurring problem in every game so far. When your co-players ask you to read the setup and the rules, they aren't doing that out of spite. They are asking you to do it because it actually is necessary if you want to play in a meaningful way. So for the future please inform yourself before starting to play. Otherwise you end up hurting your faction and the game as a whole.
While I agree whole heartedly, lets not cross the line into Drealmer ranting. ;)
(to be clear what I'm saying, you started off bad, then lightened up some)

I'm not so sure about that. Yes, it won't change anything. But it might help to drive the point home for future games to make playing with Scene less annoying. He seems motivated and he seems to try to play as well as he can. But as long as he doesn't bother to read the rules, all that motivation is wasted.

But don't worry. I'm calm now. It was just very frustrating.

@Scene: sorry for yelling. But please keep in mind that not reading the rules is very, very bad. Don't do it again.

Oh wow, what the fuck?

Yeah, given that scene seemingly posted his entire PM, the lack of modkill is extremely conspicuous. If I'd been around I would have been
actively pushing for his lynch after that, since he is either lying (and thus should be lynched) or due to be modkilled for the massive rulebreaking.

I suggest dropping the potential PM copy (since theoretically it was just a really good spoof) as a topic among us players. Let ZFR, as the mod, decide what he's going to do (and whether it was an offense in the first place). We can talk about it post-game in the admin thread, going over what happened, what it means, why we don't verbatim the PMs, and what is acceptable to copy/paste.

You were supposed to practice amphibious assault today. But after driving 2 hours to the artificial lake built to simulate a landing beach and boarding ASS Enterprise, the training vessel and 33% of Arstotzkan Navy, you notice that someone has destroyed the life jackets. Using the vessel without life jackets is a safety violation. And probably dangerous. You have no choice but to cancel the training.

The return trip passes in silence. Back at the camp, some of you start to fight and bicker, but nothing is resolved. You have dinner at the mess hall and retire to your tents.

Since a few of you have PMed me your thoughts on the game during the day: Sorry if I don't answer, but I'm really paranoid about giving any info that can be used to metaread. But I really do enjoy reading them, so if you want to, continue to PM me.

The sun rises and everyone at the boot camp wakes up. The first thing you notice is that someone is missing. It's dedoporno.

You go to his tent and find his body in his sleeping bag. After hours of examining you decide that the cause of death is the bullet in his head.

You go through his belonging. There is very little personal stuff. An ID shows that he used to work as an engineer and a professor at Grestin University. You look through every inch of his tent but find nothing suspicious.

dedoporno is dead. He was Nathan Cykelek (Vanilla Townie).

You bury him and decide there is not much you can do about this. Time to go back to your training.

D2 has started. You may post here now.

I'll end it next Wednesday, say about the same time as this one. I'll give the exact time Wednesday morning.
